These peanut granules are made from a high grade of peanuts. Each customer has its own set of specifications that are used in making granules for that company. We try very hard to accommodate each customer individually. We also vacuum pack them in a 3 1/2 pound brick to make them easier to handle and it keeps them fresher for a longer period of time.

Granules are used in caramel apples, doughnuts, cookies, cakes, ice cream, yogurt, pies, chicken batter, soups and with fruit.



Storage: Keep in an air tight container, in a cool area.

Shelf Life: Peanut granules should keep for one year as long as the vacuum is not broken.
